JOIN US FOR A 2 HOUR WORKSHOP AIMED TO REFRESH & RENEW YOUR ENERGY FOR THE NEW SEASON.
WE WILL EXPLORE DIFFERENT SELF CARE PRACTICES INCLUDING A 75 MINUTE YANG TO YIN YOGA FLOW, JOURNALING & MEDITATION.

Please arrive to Spring Court Farm (Hey Good Dog) no more than 15 minutes before the event starting time and no later than 5 minutes before. This allows us time to ensure everything is set up for your arrival and that we can start on time. If you have your own yoga mat, props, etc please bring them although mats are available to borrow.
